Meet NETA's Staff

HEATHER SAWDEY
Heather has been teaching group fitness classes and Pilates since 2000. Being
very well rounded in her fitness education, she also has been a personal trainer
and a running coach. Currently she is extending her education to become a homeopathic
practioner. Her degrees and certificates include: BS Marketing and Finance, NETA
GX, Pilates, Yoga. Her hobbies include running, biking and practicing Pilates.
Her personal goal is to help others achieve homeostasis in their lives. |

SHANNON SCHRITZ
Shannon has an amazing wealth of knowledge that she brings to the fitness industry
everyday. She has been a trainer with NETA for over 9 years and loves to teach
any type of cardio or muscle conditioning class from Kickboxing to Pilates. Shannon's
degrees and certifications include: BS in Exercise Science, ACE, NASM, Turbo Kick,
Freemotion, Resist-a-Ball, YMCA Faculty Trainer-Group Fitness and Pilates. She
feels the best part about being a trainer is inspiring a new instructor to teach
and make the world a healthier place! |

CHRISTINE SIMPSON
Nobody loves group fitness like Christine. She brings us 20 years of teaching
and training experience including dance and choreography. Christine's education
and certifications includes: BA in Psychology/Business, ACE, NETA, AFAA, WSI,
Turbo Kick, PiYo and Urban Rebounding. Christine loves sharing her energy, knowledge
and experience and hopes to leave her participants with the same motivation and
inspiration that has kept her in the fitness industry for so many years. |

TRICIA CLARK SLADKY
Tricia graduated from the Univ. of Minnesota -Morris with a degree in Human Services
with Wellness and Sports Science. Tricia holds a number of national fitness certifications.
She is the fitness coordinator at St. Cloud Athletic Club and teaches everything
from yoga and aquafit to cardio kick boxing. |

MEGHAN SMITH
Meghan is no stranger to the fitness industry. Her career has been dedicated to
teaching, training and managing all sorts of group fitness programs within the
industry. Currently her focus is with Les Mills programming and she teaches a
variety of the Les Mills programs at her home club. Her degrees and certificates
include: BS in Exercise Science with an emphasis in nutrition, Les Mills Body
combat, body Pump, Body Attack, BodyVive. Her personal mantra – Live life
and be well! Meghan enjoys working with others in a way that inspires them to
live a healthier life. |

JON STATON
Jon loves teaching and student interaction as a Physical Education teacher. A
trainer with NETA since 2001, we are proud to have him on our team sharing his
knowledge and experience with others each week. His degrees and certificates include:
BS in Physical Education, Masters in Kinesiology, National EMT, CSCS. |

SUSIE SUPPER
Susie has been teaching group fitness classes for over 18 years and has been a
trainer with NETA since 1999. One goal she has for her workshop participants is
that each person leaves feeling they have learned something new and exciting.
Her degrees and certificates include: MA in Management/Leadership, BS in Exercise
Science, ACE, Body Pump, BOSU Master Trainer, Yogafit and Pilates. |

NICOLE SWANSON
Nicole has been an invaluable member of the NETA team since 1998. She has been
with our company not only as a trainer but has been instrumental in curriculum
development and organizing trainer materials for all workshops. Her degrees and
certificates include: BS in Kinesiology with an emphasis in corporate fitness,
ACE and NETA Group Fitness and Personal Training. Nicole has a love for dance
and owns her own studio teaching classes for ages 3-adult. |
