Meet NETA's Staff

ANGIE LAUGHLIN
Angie is as versatile as a trainer can be. Not only is she a personal trainer,
she is also a group fitness instructor specializing in yoga, pilates, kickboxing,
bootcamp, step, muscle conditioning, seniors, stability ball and much more. In
addition, Angie has taught CPR, First Aide and Sports Safety classes for the American
Red Cross. Her degrees and certificates include: Personal Training, Group Exercise,
Pilates, Laban (yoga and pilates) and a variety of additional CEC trainings. |

KIM LICHTENWALTER
Kim has worked in every facet of the fitness industry. She comes to us with an
extensive background in group fitness, personal training and aquatics. Having
been a trainer for over 7 years, Kim also assists NETA with curriculum development.
Her degrees and certificates include: a BA in Physical Education with a minor
in sports medicine and aquatics, ACE Group Fitness and ACE Personal Training. |

JESSICA LONGTINE
For Jessica health and fitness is a way of life. She currently works as the General
Manager at Lifetime Fitness Minnetonka and has been a trainer with NETA for many
years. When she teaches your workshop you will feel her passion for wellness and
the quality of life. Her degrees and certificates include: BS in Exercise Science
and Health Education, ACSM, ACE, NETA, Spinning and she is currently pursuing
a MA in Holistic Health. |

LYSSA LUNNING
Lyssa is a trainer filled with bountiful enthusiasm and energy. Lisa has a strong
commitment to a healthy lifestyle and believes that energy for life is essential
to a productive future. Her degrees and certificates include: ACE, AFAA, AEA,
YogaFit and Silver Sneakers. Lyssa finds being a trainer an adventure and enjoys
meeting new people and inspiring new ideas and dreams of other instructors. |
