Meet NETA's Staff

JAN JOHNSON
Jan came to NETA like a breath of fresh air. Currently she is the Group Fitness Department Head for White Bear Lake Life Time Fitness and is a Life Time Fitness Master Yoga Trainer. Jan has been instrumental in helping write NETA mind-body curriculum. Her certifications include: ACE, NETA, AFAA, Stott Pilates, Yogafit and the Yoga Alliance. In addition, she teaches a variety of group fitness classes from muscle conditioning to kickboxing.

JIMMIE JOHNSON
Jimmie has been a wonderful addition to the NETA team. He has an extensive backgound in fitness that serves him well in his company "Five Element Fitness" offering services of personal training, martial arts, kickboxing, muscle conditioning, yoga and pilates. Jimmie's biggest strength is his passion for making a differences in other peoples lives through health and wellness. His degrees and certificates include: BS in Community Health, NETA PT/Group Fitness, Physical Mind, NESTA.

MICHELLE JOHNSON
Mikki has bountiful energy and enthusiam when it comes to health and wellness. She has dedicated herself to educating others in nutrition and fitness. Mikki teamed up with NETA in 1996 and after a brief sabbatical, has re-joined our trainer team. Her degrees and certificates include: BS in Exercise Science, ACE, AFFA and is certified as Nutraceutical and Anti-aging consultant.
