BOOT CAMP

BOSU® - Complete Workout System
This workshop will give you a step by step approach to using the BOSU® and provide you with the formula to make the BOSU® Balance Trainer more effective in your club, your classes, and with your clients. In addition, you will get to experience sample workouts using the BOSU® Complete Workout System. Over a decade later Step classes are still going strong. This workshop will meet any seasoned steppers need for exciting new ideas in choreography. We will explore variations of popular basic moves, off cadence stepping, tap free stepping, combination breakdown and how to create more complex patterns. A must have workshop!!

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING
The name says it all. Investigate safety, efficacy, biomechanics and coaching skills for a wide variety of resistance exercises using body weight, rubberized tubing and/or hand held weights. Course material includes exercise programming that targets the core, upper and lower body musculature.
